1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the db768 platform — including its website at db768.vip, any associated mobile-optimised interface, casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, or payment services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing the db768 platform and must not create an account.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and db768 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). They apply to all players accessing db768 from Bangladesh, regardless of the device or network used to access the platform. 2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

3 Account Registration

3.2 Account Security

Any activity conducted through your db768 account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify db768 support immediately at [email protected]. db768 uses OTP-based verification as an additional layer of account security; it is your responsibility to keep your registered mobile number up to date to ensure OTP delivery.

3.3 KYC Verification

db768 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. At the platform's discretion, and in particular prior to processing any withdrawal request exceeding applicable thresholds, we may require you to submit documentation to verify your identity, age, and payment method ownership. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by db768 may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

db768 operates a native Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) wallet system. All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on db768 are denominated exclusively in BDT. No currency conversion is required or applied at any point in the payment process.

4.1 Deposit Methods

db768 currently supports the following deposit methods for Bangladesh players:

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. 4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests on db768 are processed to the same BDT payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification status. The average withdrawal processing time is under 15 minutes for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one Bangladesh business day to reflect in your account.

• Withdrawals are only available to players whose accounts have passed KYC verification
• db768 reserves the right to request additional verification for any withdrawal request, particularly where fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

db768 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section, as well as any additional terms and conditions specific to each individual promotion.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are awarded in BDT and credited to the player's db768 bonus wallet, separate from the real-money BDT wallet
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated per promotion) must be wagered before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be requested

5.2 Bonus Abuse

db768 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; collusion with other players to meet wagering requirements in a risk-free or coordinated manner; placing wagering requirement bets exclusively on outcomes with a statistical near-certainty; and exploiting software errors or miscalculations to obtain unauthorised bonus credits. Where bonus abuse is detected, db768 reserves the right to void the bonus and all associated winnings, close the player's account, and withhold any pending balance pending investigation.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Outcomes

Any winnings derived from a demonstrably malfunctioning game are void. db768 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of a system malfunction or error.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on db768 is subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. General principles include:

• Bets must be placed before the stated market closing time; late bets are void
• Live in-play bets are accepted at the discretion of the sportsbook; db768 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport rules applicable to that event — generally, bets on abandoned or postponed events are voided and stakes returned unless a specific result was achieved before the abandonment

7 Prohibited Conduct

By using db768, you agree not to engage in any conduct that is prohibited under these Terms. The following behaviours are strictly forbidden and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods; submitting false identity documentation; misrepresenting your age or identity during registration or KYC verification
• Money laundering: Using db768 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity; structuring transactions to evade detection; using the platform for the placement, layering, or integration stages of money laundering
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live table games, or any other multi-player format; sharing account access to exploit promotional terms
• Hacking and technical exploitation: Using software bots, automated betting scripts, or any unauthorised third-party software to interact with db768; attempting to access or alter the platform's servers, databases, or source code; exploiting software bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Multiple accounts: Creating or operating more than one player account, whether directly or through a proxy, for any purpose including but not limited to claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing an account suspension

8 Account Closure & Termination

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Any registered player may request the voluntary closure of their db768 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closing your account, please ensure that any remaining real-money BDT balance is withdrawn, as balance recovery from a closed account may require additional verification. Bonus funds remaining in your account at the time of closure are non-withdrawable and will be forfeited.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your life or finances, db768 strongly encourages you to make use of our self-exclusion tool, available in your account settings. 8.3 Termination by db768

db768 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe
• Detection of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, collusion, or money laundering
• Detection of a duplicate or multiple account setup
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months (dormant account closure)

Where an account is closed by db768 as a result of a breach of these Terms, any real-money BDT balance held in the account may be withheld pending the outcome of the investigation. If no breach is ultimately substantiated, the remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

8.4 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are drafted in English. In the event of any dispute between a player and db768 arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through db768's internal complaints process by contacting [email protected]. db768 aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 Bangladesh business days. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through the internal process, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration. 8.5 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, db768's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. db768 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or loss of data. db768 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects.
